On any typical weekend approximately
25%, 1 out of every 4 men in America attend church services. Here in the
Northeast that number is even smaller. The United States leads the world in
fatherless families, with roughly 24 million children (34% of all kids in the
U.S.) living in homes where the father does not reside. The number of children
being raised by single mothers has more than tripled between 1960 and 2000.
“And he shall turn the heart of
the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers…” (Mal
4:6)
GOAL
To unite men through vital
relationships to become godly men who influence, their homes, their church,
their communities and even their world.
METHOD
God designed men for leadership roles
and they must rise to that occasion especially in light of the great secular
attack on all levels of our culture and the church. We will provide men with:
-
A practical understanding of the Bible.
-
Encouragement to truly know God personally and meaningfully
-
Help in developing lasting friendships with other men.
-
Offering competent biblical instruction for their marriage and the
raising of their children.
-
Offering practical solutions to complex personal issues they struggle
with every day.
-
Events designed specifically for men: breakfasts, retreats, special
worship nights, marriage & children seminars, Bible studies, prayer events,
softball, etc.

Our Mission Statement:
We are
committed to preparing men: in knowing the fullness of Christ; walking, by
faith, in the spirit in a manner worthy of their calling in Christ; and having
Jesus honored in their personal, church, family, and work lives. We believe
in restoring biblical manhood with man as the spiritual head of his household,
and that he needs to be properly equipped to lead his family. Our goal is to
accomplish this through teaching, prayer, praise & worship, testimonies and
uplifting events as we assist in his preparation in the war against the
enemy. We firmly believe that true surrender to Jesus is the first step
towards this goal. |

Learn what it is to be a warrior for God:
Ephesians
6:10-18…be strong in the Lord,
and in the power of his might.
Put on the whole armour of
God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
For we wrestle not against flesh and
blood, but against principalities, against powers,
against the
rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in
high places.
Wherefore take unto you the
whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day,
and having done all, to stand.
Stand therefore,
·
having your loins
girt about with truth,
·
having on the
breastplate of righteousness;
·
having your feet
shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
·
taking the
shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of
the wicked.
·
take the helmet
of salvation,
·
and the sword
of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
·
Praying always
with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all
perseverance and supplication for all saints;
